Gil Morlock has more than thirty-seven years experience in the dental industry with a primary focus on operations and management of individually-owned dental practices and large multi-office dental groups. Gil has held the position of Vice President; Chief of Operations; Executive Director; Regional Director; Dental Practice Consultant; Office Manager; Dental Hygienist; Dental Assistant; Maxillofacial Surgical Assistant; and Forensic Technician working in postmortem identification to include the role as Emergency Medical Technician.

A motivational and keynote speaker for college graduation ceremonies, Gil is invested in assisting young dentists in developing their practices. He has vast experience in group and practice consulting, and is well versed in practice/dental group profitability, team motivation and development, equipment and logistics of new practice construction, practice management, human resources, dental board investigations, dental insurance negotiations, and credentialing. He has expert knowledge in provider recruitment, accounts receivable, internal and external marketing, dental team development, dental practice systems development, and dental group management. Gil received recognition from the Phoenix Business Journal for his successful development of dental practices. Among his continuing education, Gil has completed courses in Human Resources, Business Law, Emergency Medicine, Disaster Preparedness, Forensic Dentistry, Maxillofacial Surgical Assisting, Dental Assisting, and Practice Development.

Gil is an honor graduate of the Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer’s Management School and a follow up graduate of the Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer’s Management School . For his service in the military, Gil was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, the Commendation Medal, and the Presidential Unit Citation Award, among other awards for service to our country.

Gil served as a member of the advisory board for the Bryman College in Arizona for three years. His community involvement includes volunteering at the local food bank, the Boys Scouts of America as a guest instructor, and has been recognized for his involvement in helping the homeless. An avid tennis player and competitive long distance shooter, Gil enjoys camping, fishing, and hiking. In addition, a number of art galleries have displayed his artworks of wild life.
