Dr. Kvitko welcomes Ian McNickle, co-owner and partner at WEO Media, a national dental marketing firm. He leads WEO Media’s sales, marketing and business development activities. Ian has developed significant expertise in online marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click marketing (PPC), social media, online reputation management, marketing strategy, and related topics.

Ian speaks nationally at dental conferences, dental societies, study clubs, and conducts numerous seminars and webinars on these topics. In addition, his articles have been published in various dental publications both regionally and nationally.

Ian brings over 17 years combined experience in technology, sales & marketing, business development and operations. He spent a total of 10 years working for high-tech companies Siltronic and Xerox. While at Siltronic he was awarded the prestigious Presidential Award for Outstanding Achievement and was the youngest person ever promoted into management.

After leaving Xerox, he co-founded a very successful regional business and marketing consulting firm. Ian spent five years consulting for dozens of clients throughout the Northwest before joining WEO Media as a Partner in 2009.

Ian has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University where he was also a graduate of the University Honors Program. In addition, he graduated Cum Laude with an MBA from the University of Washington . Ian continues to attend classes and seminars on a variety of marketing topics.
