Jessica Wiegers has been in Dentistry since 1999. She started her career in a small private practice working one on one with one doctor one assistant and herself while attending California State University, San Marcos, CA. In 2001 she graduated with a bachelors degree in Psychology and just two days after graduating she moved to Naples, Italy where she worked as an accountant for Department of Defense. There she received a Kosovo metal for support for military action in Kosovo. Following her time abroad she returned to the states and to her passion of dentistry. She began to work independently with different offices to help streamline the accounting systems and help one doctor retire. In 2006 she took the opportunity to work as an office manager/business consultant for large dental practice. At the time she was surprised on how much business experience and management knowledge it took to make a dental practice successful. Therefore, she went back to school and earned her Masters in Business Administration. She continued to work as a business consultant and helped grow the practice. In 2012 the practice was sold and the new owner hired Jessica to help set up systems utilizing an organization board and statistics to measure individual and group performance. Utilizing these specific system have helped the practice become more streamlined and work performance has increased. Jessica loves to share all that she has learned, hoping to save practices from a few headaches. With her passion and love for dentistry it is pleasure listening to Jessica speak.
